África Directo is a non-profit organization that supports various projects throughout the African continent. In this case, the Clinic and Maternity Our Lady of Guadalupe Mile 91, is in the heart of Sierra Leone, in the center of the country in a rural area of ​​the Province of Tonkolili. There, a group consisting of a doctor and two nurses care for 50-60 patients every day.

The clinic has a small laboratory, a small pharmacy, three queries, a treatment room, three rooms of income and observation for serums and intravenous treatments, only during the day, as well as a warehouse for medical supplies and medication and a small room for stories clinics.

All kinds of diseases are addressed, from more or less severe malarial, typhoid, dysentery, meningitis, pneumonia, AIDS or tuberculosis (these are referred to a specialist hospital in the capital), severe uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, ulcers and wounds, snake bites, etc. In addition, from summer 2016, it will launch a maternity to lead the monitoring and good care during childbirth.

This project will be focused on buying medicines and medical supplies for both the dispensary and maternity, to develop their activities normally and without incident.
