The Sant Joan de Déu Hospital is a maternity hospital for children, privately owned, not for profit and concluded with the public system of Social Security.
To address cases of childhood cancer and improve diagnoses and treatments, the construction of a specific pediatric center will be carried out: the Pediatric Cancer Center. The project has the support of the Leo Messi Foundation, the FC Barcelona Foundation and the business school IESE. In this way, comprehensive and personalized care will be offered to patients, minimizing sequelae, and improving the healing possibilities of sick children.
