Food Banks focus their efforts on helping the groups hardest hit by poverty.

Description
FESBAL The Spanish Federation of Food Banks is a volunteer-based non-profit organization born in 1996 that recovers food that is surplus at the store and receives food donations to redistribute them to those in need through charities.
The Federation is formed by a network of 55 food banks located throughout Spain.
Since 2009 FESBAL has nearly doubled the number of food distributed going from 66,379 tonnes to over 118,000 tonnes in 2013, but users have also grown and your cooperation still being necessary.
Activities
- Collect food for free
- Distribute 50,000 food rations for 5 Food Banks Federation.
- Deliver food rations to 10,000 charities of Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia and Murcia.
Who will benefit?
With 10,000 €, FESBAL may distribute 50,000 food rations among the beneficiaries of Food Banks of Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia and Murcia Segura.
In addition, PcComponentes will launch a campaing to collect food for the Food Bank of Segura in Murcia
