Ayuda en Acción promotes an educational program to facilitate technological development to youth at risk of social exclusion, with the aim of generating employment opportunities, reducing socio-economic and gender barriers.
Digital skills are achieved through programming , improving learning, collaborative knowledge and technological development. Thus, technology education becomes essential pillar to open the doors of entrepreneurship, employment and present and future innovation of a country.
The project is developed in more than 50 schools of 9 regions, in complex schools based on unfavorable socioeconomic indicators, and the project is presented as a basic tool to reduce the digital and gender gap between childhood.
The digital divide refers to the gap between people who have access to knowledge and new technologies and those without, and involves the risk of exclusion of those who are left out of this innovation, this new way of understanding life, the new reality, and ultimately, the future.
- Oriented projects (learning by doing) in teams of 2 students, in order to solve daily challenges of improving their immediate environment by using robotics work.

Who will benefit?
With 3.650€, 80 students of a secondary school with socio-economic vulnerability from Cornellà (Barcelona) may be formed in robotics and technology to enhance their employability in the future.
To provide adolescents at risk of social exclusion necessary measures to facilitate their employability and active participation in society by promoting the use of technology skills.
