Description
Aztivate develops this project on the African continent with aim of eradicate child malnutrition. The program was designed in line with the objectives of the Kenya Health Strategic Plan (KHSSP) 2012-2030 and the objectives of Sustainable Development 2030 of the United Nations.
The project foresees the creation of the physical and human infrastructures to combat hunger, malnutrition and related diseases in the infant population of the northern region of Turkana in northern Kenya.
Activities
- Install a pediatric care center.
- Develop a mobile care center to visit people from farthest villages.
- Ensure access to vitamin A, deworming and multivitamins.
Who will benefit?
250 undernutrition kids will receive food and vitamins needed.
