Unemployment rates are dramatic in Spain. Unemployment has a strong impact at youth, more than 55% of the active population under 25 years old are unemployed.

Adsis mission is to build a fairer and more caring society, by means of the comprehensive promotion of people at risk of social exclusion. This program is particularly focused on adolescents and young people with employment difficulties to help them define their social and labour itinerary by focusing on those aspects they have more difficulties by a comprehensive and holistic way.

To achieve this, each young receive personalized support and access to the resources available in the Foundation. Moreover, Adsis strongly believe with community work, for this reason youth are linked to their neighbourhood and encourage network.


In order to build a fairer and more caring society for impoverished and excluded persons and groups, Adsis developed this project that consits on:

  • Assign a tutor / to each youth.
  • Agree the training project to be done with each.
  • Signing a pact with the individual and with the family, if needed.
  • Regularly monitor the use of grants.

Qui en bénéficiera ?

15 Youth between 16 and 24 years, with difficulties to access in the labour market which come from unstructured environments, suffer very fragile socio-economic situations and have self-esteem and very low confidence due to repeated experiences of failure.

Train young people with few resources so they can enter the labour market.
