The majority of the inhabitants of the state of Andhra Pradesh only know agriculture as a means of subsistence, working in most cases as day laborers.
Since 1969, when the FVF implemented the Ecological Development Plan in Andhra Pradesh, it has managed to save, multiply and share the natural, agricultural and livestock resources of the area.
The construction of water structures such as reservoirs provides the agricultural communities with the peace and security that they can cope with droughts and prevent emergency situations.
With this project will proceed to the construction of a reservoir that will feed a total of 21 surface wells, 2 open wells and 2 potable water wells, with irrigation capacity for a total of 49.17 hectares.
